Developed via an urban design competition in 2014, Özer/Ürger and Tugay Architecture offices got the 1st prize and selected to prepare implementation projects for the area. Project contains various functions within the main axis of the town. Süveyda B. Atagür worked as the landscape project consultant for the implementation projects.
