The purpose of the competition was creating a neighborhood that will integrate to the urban layout without being a gated community. Residential, commercial, educational and sanctuary units are designed together with outdoor activities such as playgrounds, bicycle and walking paths, parks, promenades, agricultural fields, sport fields.
